Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, newly renovated. Home Away From Home in an Ideal Location, nested between Buford, Suwannee and Lawrenceville cities! Only a 4 minute drive to the Mall of Georgia and 20 minutes to Lake Lanier attractions. For a lovely day on the lake, check out Lake Lanier Water Park where you can also aboard the Sunset Cruise, If your time is limited in our wonderful city, you must visit the Georgia Aquarium or Centennial Olympic Park!

You will have access to the entire house.
Good to know
In our home, guests will find 4 bedrooms with 1 king, 4 queen sized beds and 3 twin floor mattresses. The master bedroom has a private, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. In the living room, you will find a lovely fireplace, a big screen smart TV and plenty of seating. Stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 more smart TVs with streaming capabilities. Washer and dryer on site. Ample parking- a two-door garage and a driveway big enough for 4 cars. House is ranch style with a finished basement. Entertain your guests with a poker table and chips, a ping pong table, enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverages on the lovely back porch where you can listen to the birds chirping in the woods. Please remember this is our house that we care about and love so much! So please treat the space with respect, love, and kindness by keeping the space clean before you leave (respect our properties in the house). We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance. Have a nice trip and enjoy your stay! Note: We are in the process of landscaping, so there are twigs and branches in the backyard. No fires allowed, please.

This spacious single home is located on a safe neighborhood but not too far from major highways like I985 and I85, and only 30 minutes north of Atlanta! Other nearby places of interest include Gwinnett Environmental Heritage Center, Ashton Gardens Wedding Estates, Northside Hospital, Coolray Field, the Infinite Energy Arena, Rhodes Jordan Park, Mall of Georgia, and Suwannee Town Center, there are unlimited attraction and things to fill your time during your stay.
