Guests have access to the entire house minus the locked owner's door also have full access to the home, lanai and yard. Can also sit on dock. Please do not touch or otherwise disturb any boat on the boat lift. This is private property. Thanks!

Enjoy peaceful fishing in the backyard or savor a wonderful dinner with breathtaking views right on the dock. Great news for the upcoming 2027 Seasons , starting January 1st, we’ll be adding a brand-new hot tub to the property. It will be the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beautiful waterfront views during your stay.
Other Details to Note
If you're visiting between the end of May and mid-June, you're in for a treat! The mango tree in the backyard will be full of ripe, delicious fruit!!! NO pets including service animals, are strictly not permitted on the property. Please don't take this the wrong way—while we absolutely adore pets, this home is our second residence, and we suffer from severe allergies. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you respect this rule. Thank you!
