Guests have access to the entire house minus the locked owner's door also have full access to the home, lanai and yard. Can also sit on dock. Please do not touch or otherwise disturb any boat on the boat lift. This is private property. Thanks!

There’s a wonderful community pool in North Fort Myers, only about 15 minutes from the house. It’s a great spot to relax, cool off, and enjoy a change of pace from the beach while still soaking up that Florida sunshine If you're ready for a break from the beach or exploring the area, take some time to relax right at home. Enjoy peaceful fishing in the backyard or savor a wonderful dinner with breathtaking views right on the dock. Great news for the upcoming 2027 Seasons , starting January 1st, we’ll be adding a brand-new hot tub to the property. It will be the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beautiful waterfront views during your stay.

Other Details to Note

If you're visiting between the end of May and mid-June, you're in for a treat! The mango tree in the backyard will be full of ripe, delicious fruit!!! NO pets including service animals, are strictly not permitted on the property. Please don't take this the wrong way—while we absolutely adore pets, this home is our second residence, and we suffer from severe allergies. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you respect this rule. Thank you!

This was easily the NICEST Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Super clean residence all around, comfortable amount of room for 6 people. We played board games, cooked meals, fished in the back, and made the quick commute to the city of Fort Myers quite a bit. This place really is awesome, 10/10.

Daniela was an amazing host! She and her husband have created the perfect “home away from home” place to stay in North Ft. Myers. The location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, and major routes, and on the canal where you can watch the boats or fish from the dock. The home was brand new, spotless, and so comfortable. It has all of the amenities you could want and is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, linens, extra blankets, etc. There were several areas for dining, relaxing, or games both inside and outside in the enclosed porch. She was very responsive and accommodating for us, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay at her home if you are visiting the area!
