This Duplex is a fully renovated one story ranch conveniently located in Norcross, Georgia. You’ll very much appreciate the driving distance to surrounding cities: Duluth, Buford, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Stone Mountain, Suwanee, Dunwoody and of course Atlanta, Georgia!. Approximately 30-40 Minutes to the airport and surrounded by endless options of restaurants, shopping centers and entertainments. Don't hesitate to reach out to learn more Other things to note Please remember this is our house that we care about and love so much! So please treat the space with respect, love, and kindness by keeping the space clean before you leave (respect our properties in the house). We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance. No illegal Drugs/ illegal gambling/smoking/ vaping inside the house period! Smoking outside is ok on designated areas. We are serious and Fine will be 1,000$ with cigarettes/weed/vaping chemicals smell inside the house for extra deep cleaning fees! ***Accurate guest count is required by Airbnb and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 8 people staying overnight and 4 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 12 people.
