The property is approximately 30-40 minutes from the airport and surrounded by an array of restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. Feel free to reach out if you'd like more details! A few important notes: This home is very dear to us, so we kindly ask you to treat the space with respect, love, and care. Please ensure you leave the house clean before departure and handle all items in the home with care. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! There is a strict no illegal drugs, no illegal gambling, and no smoking or vaping policy inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please be aware that any violation of this rule resulting in lingering smells of cigarettes, weed, or vaping chemicals will incur an additional deep-cleaning fee of $1,000. Lastly, we require an accurate guest count for both Airbnb policies and insurance purposes. When booking, please include the total number of guests staying overnight as well as any visitors during your stay. We wanted to let you know that our backyard is currently undergoing renovations. We are working on enhancing the landscaping, building a new wooden fence, replacing the grass, and planting trees and flowers to create an even more beautiful space.
